I don’t know about you, but I miss NBC’s remake of ‘Prime Suspect’.  I loved getting my weekly fix of Maria Bello as Det. Jane Timony.

Shout-out to Peter Berg who Executive Produced. I worked with him in Hancock – he Directed, but also gave himself a role as a Doctor in the scenes with us – so fun to work with him.

I loved ‘Prime Suspect’ not only because it was well made and the lead female character was real, but the best part was that she DIDN’T WEAR stilleto heels while chasing down bad guys in the streets of NY.

Have you noticed on shows like CSI:NY that Det. Stella Bonasera ran around chasing bad guys in heels?
Heels. Really? I don’t even have words for it, it’s so ridiculous.  All I can do is shake my head and hope that humankind will do better in the future. A future where shows like ‘Prime Suspect’ don’t get cancelled.
