We like to Walk

That is from a Dr. Seuss book.  Which is pretty much all I read these days.  I have news articles and magazines and books that I’d like to read.  For some reason I keep them around – as if I actually believe I’ll read them some day soon.  Not.  It’s just not going to happen.  Life is too busy right now.

Miss Sarah has been ‘walk walk we like to walk’ since she was only 8.5 months.  Yup.  It’s on the early side.  Girls tend to be earlier walkers than boys.  But she’s still “cruising” it – meaning she only walks as she’s holding on to something.  She’s yet to take that leap of faith and step away hands free.  She will be 1 year in only a few weeks so I’m hoping she does it by then, like Max did.  He finally took his first steps, hands free, just one week before his 1st birthday.
