To show off how ridiculous I looked by week 38 while I was pregnant with Max – I took a pic of me wearing tight, black clothing. I did the same thing again while pregnant with Sarah at week 39. I wanted to do a comparison. And have a good laugh at myself.
What I notice is how much more tired I look this time around having a one year old to chase during the pregnancy. I couldn’t even muster a stupid pose like I did last time around. Which is probably a good thing.
And my belly is lower. Can you see that? Everyone would always try to guess what I was having based on HOW low or high I was carrying the baby. They were wrong most the time though so I’m not sure how accurate the concept.

I can say my belly definitely enters the room beore I do at this point. I was having so many strong contractions on Saturday that we started timing them and thought this might be THE DAY! But, they went away by evening. See Week 33
I always imagined that when I was pregnant, I would wear a lot of flowy dresses and be like a goddess the whole time. Ha! Yeah, right.
